Hey there, I’m Rebecca and I would be honored to walk with you along your path to wellness! I am both a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate in North Carolina and a National Certified Counselor. I earned a Masters degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a specialization in Marriage and Couples Counseling from Walden University. Common theoretical orientations used in my practice include Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Gottman Method, and mindfulness practices.

My goal as your counselor is to utilize an evidence-based and holistic approach while providing you with a warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental space to discuss whatever is on your mind. No problem is too big or too small, and it is often while working through the small problems that we learn how to tackle the bigger ones.

Many of my clients struggle with anxiety, work/life transitions, relationship communication and intimacy, and issues surrounding food and weight, including PCOS and other infertility concerns. I am particularly passionate about empowering women and normalizing our hormonal shifts and experiences. If any of this speaks to you, come and take off your shoes, let your hair down, and let’s chat!

Àṣẹ (ah-shay)! My name is Jocelyn, and I am passionate about helping others gain new perspectives and learn about their internal power. I became a mental health counselor to enlighten others about the control that they possess within and to also give them hope that no matter the circumstances, there is still joy and peace to discover in this life. I am a licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate from Greensboro, NC. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training with a minor in Psychology and my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Catawba College. Over the years, I have gained experience working with children, adolescents, and adults who have struggled with regulating various adversities in their lives. It is my passion to continue to guide individuals in improving their mental, emotional, and physical wellness. Throughout the counseling process, I maintain a humanistic, person-centered approach while implementing solution-focused strategies and cognitive-behavioral techniques. I also love to incorporate somatic work, such as movement practices and mindfulness activities, to enhance self-awareness and develop healthy self-care habits. As a counselor, I am committed and look forward to helping individuals and families gain knowledge and tools as they discover their potential to change and begin to experience the best parts of life as a result of those changes. Therapy with me will provide an opportunity for you to be yourself, welcome new perspectives, and renew your lifestyle. Together, we will just simply relax and take the time to become whole again.

Hi, My name is Gracie. My journey of healing through therapy began because I realized how much can happen in our lives before we have access to the tools we need.  Many of us don’t know how much the experiences in life have contributed to the weight we carry day in and day out.  You may notice something is feeling “off” and be unsure exactly how to pinpoint it or unsure of how to take the first step.

All experiences, the good and bad, contribute to how we show up for ourselves and others and write the pages within our book of life.
Many of us suffer through anxieties, depression, pain and trauma from our experiences as well as the generations before us. I know that it can be daunting to try and sort through it all alone.

Taking the first step towards therapy can feel like staring at a hurdle the size of a mountain!

Everyone has their own background story and I would be honored to stand next to you as you start your new chapter by equipping you with the tools for yourself and generations to come!

Hello there, my name is Erica and it is a privilege to be a part of your journey toward wellness.  I believe it is a lifelong journey to become our best selves and having the support of a counselor can make the journey feel more manageable and enjoyable.  As a former school counselor, I thoroughly enjoy working with children, adolescents, parents, and families.  Although parenting can be extremely joyful, it does not come with a user’s manual, and can therefore leave us unsure what to do or how to support our children through the tumultuous times of growing into young adults.  I hope to work together with you and your children to learn, grow, and be well.
I received my Masters degree at UNC-Chapel Hill in School Counseling.  I have 14 years of experience as a school counselor and 17 years of experience as a parent.  I am trained in Conscious Discipline and believe its’ adult-first, trauma-informed methodology
is beneficial for children and adults of all ages.  I use a variety of Cognitive Behavioral, Solution-Focused, Strength-Based, Client-Centered and Play Therapy techniques, depending on individual
client needs.

Hi, my name is Sloane. I would love to walk with you on your journey toward healing. I am a
Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate in North Carolina and am passionate about helping people process the darkness they have walked through and gain the skills and insight
needed to live in healthy relationships with those around them.

I received a Masters of Divinity and a Masters in Marriage, Family and Individual Counseling from Southeastern Seminary after
seeing the depths of pain life can hold and wanting to be equipped to begin to wade through the muck and mire of life with others. Counseling offers a space to share your story, gain understanding, get support, learn helpful skills and grow. I help couples, men, women and teenagers explore paths to healing and hope.

If you are looking for a place where you can bring in the uncomfortable emotions, unwanted reactions and unfiltered fights so we can begin to peel back the layers together I would be honored to get to work with you. There is no one size fits all approach to counseling so I utilize research-proven methods, like EMDR, DBT and EFT, and honest conversations to help you explore your past and move toward your goals. I would love to come alongside you and work together to find a way toward rest.

Hi, I am Kristin!  I like to take a holistic approach, which looks at the individual as a whole and focuses on the individual’s overall wellness, not just an illness or specific condition. I prefer including evidence-based techniques and skills, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, in order to tackle my client’s struggles. Currently, I offer virtual therapy through our video platform as a virtual provider for Carolina Counseling.

I believe that each individual is unique and find it important to work collaboratively in order to find the treatment method that is most beneficial. My clients describe me as genuine, respectful, and empathetic. My passion for helping others supports a warm, welcoming environment that facilitates growth and development.
